I’ve seen some posts defending Bill O’Reily and the argument I keep seeing is that he’s “only human” or “all people act like this from time to time.” Sure. But not everybody has a show on Fox News where they try to tell everybody how they should live and what they should believe.
Let’s also not forget that Bill O’Reily is the MASTER of blowing things out of proportion. For example, when he went on a rant about a lesbian couple being voted cutest couple at a New Jersey High School. Did a couple of teenagers deserve to be the target of his hateful rhetoric? No. Did that stop him? Absolutely not.
SureFire, Bill O’Reily doesn’t “tell it like it is”. He tells you what to believe so that your ADD addled brain doesn’t have to think too hard. It’s much easier to think “Terrorist = Bad”. It’s simple. It’s the kind of thinking that gave us 8 years of King George. Don’t worry about the fact that not all the people he labels as terrorists are actually terrorists. Many of them just don’t want to be told what to do by the USA. Many of them are just poor people who can’t get a job with the Iraqi government so they join up with whoever is willing to give them money to feed their family. Are you telling me you’d let your family starve rather than kill foreign invaders?

SureFire: As for supporting Obama after the whole Rev. Wright fiasco, that is completely different. Obama didn’t say those things, Wright did, and you can’t hold someone accountable for everything said by anyone they know. If you’re going to get on someone for associating with people who say stupid things, just look at some of the hateful, crude people that Bill has on his show (Ann Coulter). The man doesn’t espouse truth, he spews his own bloated opinion.
We won’t be seeing this on CNN anytime soon, but for now I’m just going to enjoy watching Mr. High and Mighty lose it publicly. It just reinforces everything I already thought about the guy.

As for the previous comments on here, if in your comment you refer to someone as a ‘Liberal’ or ‘Conservative’ than you yourself identify yourself as one or the other, or a mixture of these two terms. You should stop, these two categories were made to divide the masses, few people truly believe in 100% of either ’side’’s doctrine. These are two imaginary sides on an imaginary line. It’s the equivolent of identifying yourself as ‘White’ or ‘Black’ rather than just as a person. When you categorize yourself and others into these groups, and you believe that members of the groups are distinctively different from members of the other groups in thoughts, actions, or otherwise, than you are buying into a lie meant to hinder you from further relationships with people. Even using this video as an example, not all people who identify themselves as ‘conservative’ would defend Bill O, many ‘conservatives’ hate him for his willful ignorance. Don’t buy into the hatred, hating a ‘political party’ is still just hating a group of human beings, and is only slightly different than Racism.
