that cop did nothing wrong if she just relaxed and listened to what he said she would be fine..yet she resisted and was flopping around like crazy.he took her down and she hit her face.that what happens when you cant act like a human

Well let’s see where to begin?? Bobby is it? Resisting arrest, and taken a beating are two different things! If the cop was innocent like you claim, why did he cover the camera to hide his actions? And as for resisting, isn’t it quite hard to resist when ones hands are handcuffed? It appears to me she is already been detained? Therefore, his actions are certainly not becoming of an officer!
